STANDARD DELIVERY

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier partner operations. 

DELIVERY TO SPECIAL LOCATIONS

  • Orders shipped to special or remote locations, including Jammu & Kashmir, North-East India, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, may take 10 to 15 business days for delivery.
  • Extended timelines are due to logistical and connectivity constraints in these regions. 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • All shipment costs are borne by us and customer don’t need to pay for any shipment or courier charges.
  • Although all shipping/courier charges are borne by us, in any extraordinary circumstances if the courier charges for a particular pincode/location exceeds significantly over and above regular courier charges, then customer would need to bear such extraordinary courier charges and the same will be intimated to the customer via email. 

SHIPPING COVERAGE & RESTRICTIONS

Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited currently delivers orders within India. Customers outside our delivery areas may reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

Certain products may be subject to specific shipping conditions or restrictions based on their size, weight, or nature. These restrictions may also vary depending on the delivery location. If any such limitations apply to your order, the same will be communicated during checkout or shared with you by our team prior to dispatch.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING

All orders are securely packed to ensure safe transit and minimize the risk of damage during delivery.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

RIGHT TO MODIFY SHIPPING TERMS

Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited reserves the right to update shipping charges, delivery timelines, and shipping terms without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
