All orders can be modified or cancelled only if the concerned product is not dispatched. Once the product is dispatched from our end, no modifications/cancellations is possible. Please contact our support team in case of any issues.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Deliveries to special locations like J&K, North East, and Andaman & Nicobar may take 10–15 days. For any extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, the orders can take a bit longer than usual or can be permanently cancelled from our end.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
No, refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer only.

Currently, we don’t have any exchange policy. In case, any customer wants an exchange he/she needs to make a return for the concerned and then place a new order for the required product.
