At Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive products of the highest quality. To maintain transparency and enable a smooth return process, please review the policy below.
UNBOXING REQUIREMENT
- Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video (maximum file size: 3 MB) from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully unpacked.
- The video should be shared with us within 48 hours of product delivery otherwise it will be considered ineligible for a return.
- The unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return request.
- Requests raised without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for return.
- Video should be sent to us on our WhatsApp number mentioned on our website.
ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN
We will arrange a return in the following situations:
- Wrong product or wrong colour received
- Manufacturing defect
- Product received in damaged condition
- Missing item(s) from the package
Upon verification, Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited will arrange a return for the affected product.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Return requests must be raised within a specified timeframe (e.g., within 24–48 hours) from the date of delivery.
- We currently don’t have any exchange policy. In case, any customer wants an exchange he/she needs to make a return for the concerned and then place a new order for the required product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and inserts.
- Any signs of usage, wear, or damage after delivery may result in rejection of the return request.
- All components, accessories, manuals, and complimentary items (if any) must be included.
- Color or design variations may occur due to screen resolution and lighting and will not be considered as defects.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, an alternative solution will be offered as per our discretion.
CLAIM SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To enable smooth and timely processing of return requests, customers are required to share the following details with our service partner at the time of claim submission:
- The claim must be reported within 48 hours of successful delivery.
- A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory (maximum file size: 3 MB).
- A clear image of the outer box, specifically showing the front side where the invoice is attached.
- Clear images of the product SKU, including front and bottom views.
- A brief description stating the reason for the claim.
Failure to provide the above details mayresult in the claim being declined.
NON-ELIGIBLECASES
- Requests raised due to change of mind or personal preference will not be accepted.
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused due to improper use or handling will not be covered under this policy.
- Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events, unless the item is found to be defective.
- Requests submitted after the applicable return window has expired.
VERIFICATION & APPROVAL
- All return requests are subject to verification by Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited.
- The decision of Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited regarding eligibility shall be final and binding.
RETURN PROCESS
Once a return request is reviewed and approved:
- Our authorized logistics partner will arrange a pickup from the customer’s registered delivery address.
- The returned product will be transported to our warehouse for inspection.
- Our quality assurance team will evaluate the product to verify eligibility.
- Upon successful inspection, refund will be processed as per policy.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
In the event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please reach out to our customer support team within 24-48 hours of delivery. Once notified, our team will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution. Please refer our unboxing requirement section for the entire procedure for initiating a return request.
POST PURCHASE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Currently, we don’t have any policies to cater to any post purchase demurrage and for any products purchased from our website. Be rest assured, we produce products of superior quality and the same is reflected on the actual usage of all our products by all our customers for the past 35 years.
POLICY UPDATES
Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update
this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
