At Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. Each product is carefully checked and packed to ensure it reaches you in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we request you to contact our Customer Support team at the earliest. Our team will review the concern and assist you with a suitable resolution. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to ensure a fair resolution, including replacement or refund, as deemed suitable. 

This policy is applicable only for products purchased directly from the Nakoda Plast official website www.nakodaplast.in

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued only via bank transfer. Customers will be required to share valid bank account details (such as account number, IFSC code, and account holder name) to facilitate the refund. 

REFUND METHOD

  • Refunds are not applicable via Cash on Delivery (COD) or cash in any form.
  • All approved refunds will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or financial institution.
  • Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete bank details shared by the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed only after successful verification and approval as per our internal policies. 

POLICY AMENDMENTS

Nakoda Plast Industries Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
